Chapter V

Tell us the brief.

A short note is plenty. The studio is at capacity right now, but every inquiry is read — and when there’s room, you’ll be talking to the person who’d actually do the work.

— Where ideas become real.

Currently at capacityMy workload is full, so I’m not taking on new clients right now. You’re welcome to send an inquiry anyway — I’ll get in touch when there’s room.

No newsletters, no follow-up sequences. We reply once. If we're not the right fit, we say so.

01

Email, plainly.

Best for written briefs, NDAs, and follow-ups. Everything gets read, even while the studio is at capacity.

02

Schedule a call.

Thirty minutes, on the calendar, no deck — just the question you're trying to answer and whether we can help.

Studio.

The studio is in New Mexico. Available remote, anywhere we can keep working hours that overlap meaningfully.

What happens after you send.

01

A real reply, when there’s room.

From the person who'd do the work — not a sales pipeline. If we're not the right fit, we say so plainly and point you somewhere better.

02

A 30-minute discovery call.

If the brief looks like a fit, we book a half-hour to ask the questions a written note can't. No deck, no pitch.

03

A written proposal.

Scope, milestones, and a fixed band — within a week of the call. No invoice until the proposal is countersigned.
