5. Refund Policy

Digital Products

Consulting Services

For consulting services and custom work, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with services rendered, you may request a refund within 30 days of service completion
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing with specific reasons for dissatisfaction
• Refunds are issued at our discretion and may be partial or full depending on work completed
• This guarantee applies only to services that have not met agreed-upon specifications

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. For refund requests or disputes, please contact us at hello@domuslux.io. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Consulting Services

Service Engagement

Consulting services are provided on a time-and-materials or project basis as agreed upon in writing. A separate service agreement or statement of work may be provided for consulting engagements.

Scope and Deliverables

• Service scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the project agreement
• Changes to scope may require schedule adjustments and additional fees
• We reserve the right to decline scope changes that significantly impact project timeline
• You are responsible for providing timely feedback and information needed for service delivery

Client Responsibilities

• Provide access to necessary systems, information, and stakeholders
• Respond to communications and provide feedback promptly
• Implement recommendations provided by Domus Lux
• Test deliverables thoroughly before deployment

Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance
• A deposit or retainer may be required to begin work
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• Payment is due regardless of project delays caused by client factors

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Domus Lux Content

All content on the Domus Lux website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Domus Lux or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission
• You may print or save individual pages for personal, non-commercial use
• Commercial use of any content requires explicit written permission
• Attribution to Domus Lux is required when sharing content

Digital Product Rights

Digital products purchased from Domus Lux are licensed, not sold. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the product according to the specific license terms provided with each product.

Consulting Work

For consulting work, ownership of deliverables and intellectual property is defined in the service agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Custom work created for you becomes your property upon final payment
• We retain the right to use general methodologies and approaches in other projects

"Domus Lux" and its logos are trademarks of Domus Lux LLC. You may not use these trademarks without written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to our website (comments, contact forms, chat messages, etc.), you grant Domus Lux a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content.

• You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to license the content
• Content must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• We may remove content that violates these terms or is inappropriate
• Your submitted content may be used for service improvement and marketing

9. Prohibited Conduct
